  • As the head coach of the Iran U20 National Team they conquered the classification for the final round of the Asia Cup qualifying to 2007 World Cup (Canada). Five of the players Ademar discovered played the 2014 World Cup for Iran.
  • As the head coach of the Iran U20 National Team had a record of 37 games, 31 wins, 3 ties and 3 losses.
  • Made a historic mark when for the first time Iran won a game against the Germany National Team at  Tournament Doha – Qatar.
  • Head coach that qualified the Women’s Brazilian National Team to the Women’s World Cup during the South American qualifiers and also for the 1996 Olympic Games in Atlanta.
  • Responsible for bringing up many new talented players for the Brazilian Women’s National team, such as Katia Cilene, and Formiga (both have been playing in the National Team up to now), Fabiana Simões, Debinha.
  • The youngest coach in the history of the World Football to have conquered a Continental title of an official continental tournament organized by FIFA at the age of 32 (South American Championship).
  • Good skills as football commentators for TV, covered for ESPN Brazil the “Euro-Brazil International Cup – 1996.
  • Football Commentator of RTP (Portugal) for the European qualifiers – Women’s World Cup 1999 (USA).
  • 5 years of experience working with on of the most talented coaches for youth and professional players development in the history of Brazilian Football, Mr. Jose Duarte, pass away in 2004.  Mr. Jose Duarte was the Technical Director of the Brazilian Women’s National Team and also worked in the Saad Esporte Club.
